Penalty Group 1

Penalty Group 1-A

Penalty Group 2 & 2-A

Penalty Group 3

Penalty Group 4

A few examples of a penalty group 4 include codeine, morphine, diphenoxylate. These drugs are considered penalty group 4 based on the amount of the controlled substance.

This class is reserved for Marijuana and is dependent on the amount.
